New Year = New Weight

Last year starting weight: 162.0lbs/73.5kg/11.6 stones
This year starting weight: 156.6lbs/71.1kg/11.2 stones
Remaining to lose after today: 43 lbs/ 19.5kg/ 3.1 st

My new year started with toothache and a root canal trouble but I hope the rest of year will be more peaceful. I’ve lost some of the weight I gained during Christmas and New Year’s week so my weight loss is progressing forward. I gave away my TV a little bit too soon so I haven’t been able to do Jillian’s Fitness ultimatum. I’m still waiting for my new TV to arrive. I could go for a walk, but I’m freezing so much. Maybe it has to do with some of the fat that I shed?

My first milestone is to lose 5kg/11lbs. I’ll continue doing what I’m doing, eating mostly healthy food and exercising on my Wii to keep my body fit and alert. I’m visualizing how my waist is shrinking and getting smaller while I’m training. I believe 80% of the time should be more focus on eating healthy rather than exercising too hard. After so many false starts I’ve finally learned what weight loss is about and I can see it more clearly now.

Stay healthy and don’t forget to breath and enjoy life once in a while :)

Weight Loss Result 2008

This year has been great, no dieting! I’m happier and feeling a little bit lighter even though I haven’t lost so much weight. My stomach doesn’t feel bloated as before. I’m living a normal life, eat mostly anything I want at holidays and socialize with family and friends at anytime. I’ve establish good habits, I eat better, exercise more, and not so much lunch out or fast food. I don’t feel stress or guilty when the scale doesn’t show the number I like. It has been so many false starts, but I’m starting to see more results during the December month. As long as I turn the habits around in a good time frame, everything will progress forward.

I want to say thank you for all the support from you guys! Especially to Bobby at sailing on the relationship, who is always here.

I hope you guys have a great day on new years eve. Best wishes for 2009 to everyone! May it be a magical one for you and for me. Happy new year! <:-P
