  • This week weight loss: 1.3 lbs (0.6kg)
  • Total weight lost: 3.5 lbs (1.6kg)

I’ve been taking it easy this week because my monthly cycle was putting me out of whack and I had too many prepackaged Thai dumplings , but I’m still shedding 1.3 lbs!

I found this website, vegweb.com, have lots of yummy delicious recipes!

    Yay, I love rice too. No matter what shape it comes in. But what the heck are dumplings?

    Schubsta A piece of dough filled with stuffs for examples with meat. Then steamed or cooked. I guess it times for you to try something different :)
