- This week weight loss: 1.3 lbs (0.6kg)
- Total weight lost: 3.5 lbs (1.6kg)
I’ve been taking it easy this week because my monthly cycle was putting me out of whack and I had too many prepackaged Thai dumplings , but I’m still shedding 1.3 lbs!
I found this website, vegweb.com, have lots of yummy delicious recipes!
This is what I’ve tried:
- Meat Eating Husbands Love This Shepard’s Pie. This one is so delicious!
- Orange chicken style tofu. Heavenly good, because I get to eat it with rice. Yup, I’m addicted to rice
- Simply Beautiful 4-layer Supreme Burrito Pie. Quick, easy and simple, but still tasty and delicious.

Oh! How do Thai dumpling look like?

Yay, I love rice too. No matter what shape it comes in. But what the heck are dumplings?
Schubsta A piece of dough filled with stuffs for examples with meat. Then steamed or cooked. I guess it times for you to try something different
