Midweek Is Approaching

allabouthabits00.jpgYes, I’m hiding all of my 46lbs(21kg) fat very well in this picture. It’s almost midweek, have you started your week yet? If not, stay away from the computer and start exercising. Like Stan said to Cartman in South Park, get your fat ass up! lol. I was tired today but I did Jillians Michaels Cardio Kickbox, 30 minutes of awesome workout! Yay! Wohooo, more good news, I could now do squats, lunges, especially jumping jacks. Wow! :) Jillians Michaels was motivating and her video was not too diffcult. Surprising facts, I’m in the same age as her and same height too. I wonder, how much does she weight?

Do you remember your first fitness dvd you bought? I remember I bought Billy Blanks Taebo which was way too advance for me. All I was thinking was I wanted to lose weight. So, if you’re new and looking to buy a fitness dvd make sure it matches your fitness level.

I can’t wait until my Omron fatloss monitor arrives! It’s a hand held body fat analyzer. I decided to purchase one after reading Cynthia’s recommendation and other reviews. When you’re doing body fat measurement you might get different results depending on what method you use. The number is not really important but the progress is. I’ll make a review later on.

Spread the word!

Nice picture! You have a great smile! And I wouldn’t have guessed 21 kg’s! :D

    I think it’s a lovely photo too!
I just bought a new scale too after my old one died - I went for a Tanita one that does fat, muscle mass, bmr…very fancy!! I came to the same conclusion as you that even good scales aren’t 100% with the body fat but as long as it’s consistent you can keep an eye on your changes every now and again.

Thanks Hanlie and Lady G. Opps, maybe I shouldn’t have told you guys I’m hiding it :P

Great picture! I’m impressed with the workouts too! I can’t lunge to save my life, but I’m trying to start doing them.

Good advice about the DVDs… I have several that are a wee bit too advanced and a couple that I can kind of do.

Hope you enjoy the new Omron, Jessica!

Lady G, you should like your Tanita… mine’s not super fancy (model BF-682), but I like the hydration feature and they are very accurate and consistent scales. No more stepping on three times and getting three different readings, LOL! No surprises at the doctor’s office either.

Cynthia, I’m glad you mention it to Lady G, now I want Tanita too. I don’t want to step three times anymore, lol.

They are good scales! I doubt you’d be sorry to have bought one! And deals can be had sometimes, like if you look for a discontinued model on closeout.

I don’t watch Taebo DVD. Maybe my living room is too small to make any workout fun. lol.

I prefer running out. Good workout and sweat it out and enjoy the scenery too. :)

Alvin, maybe someday I’ll try running :) My living room is small too, and that’s why I’m sitting on the sack so I can make the space for when I’m doing the dvd.

First off, congratulations on your advancements, truly inspiring!

Secondly, if I were you, I wouldn’t hide anything. You are a beautiful lady and should be told so. I don’t just mean that you are pretty, which you are, but that you have a fantastic and beautiful spirit!

I am lucky in a way because I am not considered over weight or fat or any of the terms people use these days. So why do I enjoy this blog and keep coming back? Inspiration! I love reading all of the positive comments and seeing the progress that you guys are making.

    Cheers!
