Wow, it’s Friday already. I feel like I haven’t been doing anything to lose weight. What the hell have I been doing the whole week? But I’ve promised myself not to get stressed over it. Hopefully, I’ll do better next week or you can kick my butt
So far, I’ve been good at drinking water and I’ve walked for 45 minutes today. Yay! I’m going to get myself a pedometer so I can track how many steps I take each week. It’s the best way to lose weight naturally and doesn’t cost much.
